GREGORY SHEFFER, P.E.

3E Engineering is owned and operated by Gregory Sheffer. Prior to founding 3E Engineering, Greg held various engineering design, project management, and regional leadership positions in the corporate engineering industry. During this time, Greg provided structural inspection services to private clients within the real estate market as well.

Over time, his clientele and reputation grew, and ultimately, this growth led to Greg's departure from corporate engineering and a full time commitment to 3E Engineering in 2016.

Greg takes great pride in supporting his clients in a timely manner and providing quality engineering assistance so they may make informed decisions in their real estate transactions.
